1. Nature of Service
TrustPaisa is a digital financial aggregator and facilitator. We are not a lender, bank, or NBFC. We provide a marketplace platform where users can compare and apply for financial products offered by our third-party partners.
Approval of any loan or credit product is at the sole discretion of the lending partner and is subject to their independent credit assessment.
2. User Eligibility
By using this platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and a resident of India. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information as requested in our application forms.
3. NBFC Partner Role
Our partners consist of RBI-regulated Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). Once your application is forwarded to a partner, you will be subject to that specific partner's terms of service, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
4. Data Authorization
By submitting your details, you explicitly authorize TrustPaisa to share your information with our NBFC partners to facilitate your request. You also consent to receive communications via Call, SMS, Email, or WhatsApp regarding your application status.
5. Limitation of Liability
TrustPaisa (and its parent unit ADSXPEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be held liable for any delay in loan disbursal, rejection of applications, or disputes arising between the borrower and the lending institution.
